Perth's Million Dollar Suburbs

In 2016, there were 34 suburbs across Perth which had a median price of $1million or more, with the newest data showing that this figure is now down to 27 suburbs with Banjup, Daglish, East Perth, Gnangara, North Coogee, Oakfrod, Wembley Downs and Woodlands being bumped out of elite list. When it comes to the suburb with the highest median property price, Peppermint Grove still leads the pack with a median of $3.38 million.

Perth Land Prices are Rising

A recent report shows that the average price of land across the Perth metropolitan area is $730 a square meter, making Perth the second most expensive capital city in the country. However, Perth also has the lowest average block size, equal to Adelaide, at only 375m².
