Perth's Million Dollar Suburbs

In 2016, there were 34 suburbs across Perth which had a median price of $1million or more, with the newest data showing that this figure is now down to 27 suburbs with Banjup, Daglish, East Perth, Gnangara, North Coogee, Oakfrod, Wembley Downs and Woodlands being bumped out of elite list. When it comes to the suburb with the highest median property price, Peppermint Grove still leads the pack with a median of $3.38 million. Dalkeith ($2.72 million median price) and Cottesloe ($2.3 million median) followed behind to round out the top 3.

 

Perth Rental Market Snapshot

Below is your Perth Market Snapshot from the start of the month. If we compare it to the start of April, we can see that the number of rental properties for lease have increased from 8,494 to 8,532 in the last month. The median rent remains at $350 per week, while the Vacancy Rate also remains consistent at 5.1%.
