what our clients say about us

Lisa Larson is the Managing Director of Benchmark and provides that personal touch and individual service that is lacking in many businesses today. Lisa’s approach has clearly filtered down to her team.

Recently I moved states and was preparing my home for renting. Megan McHenry arranged the contact, as well as assisting with various quotes and tradespeople. Megan has been on call throughout the process, and has provided experience and emotional support. She has gone well above and beyond what you would normally expect of a licencee/ property manager. Megan has even offered to meet a trades person at my property on Christmas eve, even though she is on leave.

5 star service Megan, thank you very much. This is why I don’t mind paying a little more, when the service you offer is exceptional. Keep it up Megan and Lisa.
