Property Market Update, June 2018

Great Buyer Opportunity in Perth

The latest data from shows that eight of the ten best performing suburbs in June were priced at $550,000 and below.

The healthy activity levels in this price bracket suggests that Perth is continuing to present great opportunities for the first home buyer, or for those wanting to take advantage of this more affordable market before house prices inevitably rise again.

House sales were down in June, and REIWA expects overall market activity to remain moderate throughout winter before seeing improvements during spring.
