What’s in the pipeline?

The Westfield Innaloo shopping centre is set for an $830 million redevelopment to become Westfield Stirling. The redevelopment will incorporate the 14-screen Event Cinemas complex as well as major retailers and supermarkets. Once finished will be the biggest retail complex in Perth.

“The City of Stirling town centre is going to become a world-class lifestyle hub for Perth’s coastal and northern suburbs.” Says City of Stirling Mayor Giovanni Italiano.

To facilitate the increase in traffic to the new retail hub, the State Government has included a $60 million for an extension of Stephenson Avenue to the Mitchell Freeway. In addition, the State Government is planning to build a medium-density hub that includes 15 to 40 dwellings near the Stirling Train Station.
