Lisa’s real estate career was sparked when undertaking a project for a residential builder during her BComm Degree in Canada. As Managing Director of Benchmark Specialist Property Managers since 2010, together with her experienced and service driven team, Lisa’s true passion is delivering positive results and evolving for continuous learning and improvement.

Currently sitting on REIWA Property Managers Advisory Committee, Megan is a natural leader who brings out the best in herself and the team around her. Starting her real estate career with Benchmark in 2007, and Licensee since 2010, Megan was part of the inception of the Benchmark brand and from then on, she was destined to enjoy the challenges and variability of the industry.
Megan’s talent, knowledge and hard work has helped the team flourish, resulting in a business that is trusted and respected by many. Having recently been nominated as REIWA Property Manager of the Year, Megan oversees and coaches the team to ensure the highest Benchmark standards are always adhered to and the best and most fair outcomes are achieved for clients, owners and tenants alike.
Jane joined the Benchmark team in 2014 after emigrating from the UK and looking for a career change. With over 20 years of Customer Service experience behind her, Property Management seemed like the ideal transition being an interesting and challenging role.
“I have worked in many office environments with a variety of different teams throughout my 33-year career and can honestly say Benchmark lives up to its name. It is very unusual to get a small team that supports each other so well and the team spirit is second to none, the management are extremely approachable, and the work ethic is well defined. Prior to moving into Property Management, I spent many years in Customer Service based roles so changing careers and finding this is a key priority for Benchmark made it an easier transition for me, so important for a growing business and in particular one that is so customer focused. I enjoy building relationships, resolving issues and general diversity of this industry and feel very privileged to be lucky enough to work for Benchmark.”
Building good relationships with clients sits at the top of her list along with taking good care of all the properties in her portfolio. In her spare time Jane enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves a good walk on the beach.
Chloe began her career in Property Management with Benchmark in 2009 where she began as Admin Manager. Her knowledge for the industry quickly grew and within the year she completed her Certificate 4 in Property Management, was promoted to Assistant Property Manager and soon after in 2010 took on her own portfolio.
“I enjoy coming to work everyday and I don’t think I would get the management and team support anywhere else. We report and plan as a group so nothing is missed so we all feel confident with our weekly schedules and tasks. Webinars and training is encouraged and provided. We have a great business and personal development culture. I have been here for 8 years and still enjoy my job!”
Chloe has become an experienced Property Manager enjoying the daily challenges and is now studying to complete the Diploma in Property.
Robyn and her husband Boyd founded Benchmark in 2007 and sold the business to the current owners in 2010. Robyn loves the challenges Property Management delivers on a daily basis and enjoys the interaction with clients. Having returned from 18 months of travel around this beautiful country in 2015-2016 she has jumped back into this diverse role and the enjoy the new encounters that each day brings.
Zina’s Property Management career began in 2015 in Perth’s southern suburbs. She starts as an Assistant Property Manager where her love of real estate grew and she quickly progressed to managing her own portfolio after only 6 months.
Zina has a passion for helping and is dedicated to ensuring the best outcome is achieved for her clients. Her portfolios have ranged from high end homes to small units and Zina cares for all the properties under her care as if they were her own. Zina has a very kind demeanour and prides herself in offering a great level of service to act fairly to both landlords and tenants alike.
Eda has joined our Team as a Property Manager with a drive to achieve excellence for her clients.
Eda has over 15 years Real Estate experience & brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Her understanding of people combined with her mature approach to life will ensure your property management journey is both professional and set to the highest standard. In her spare time Eda enjoys spending time with her family and camping!
Michelle has recently joined the Benchmark team after recently moving over from New Zealand. She has her Cert IV Property Management and comes from a background of working in property sales in South Africa and served as a Police Officer in New Zealand. Michelle now wants to be of service in the property management industry and is enjoying her new role.
Her experience of working with a variety of people and in many different situations helps her provide the best possible service to landlords and tenants alike.
Louise began working in the Real Estate Industry in 2011, including a role in the Perth construction industry. During this time she quickly discovered her passion for problem solving and customer service which is perfectly suited for Property Management. Starting where most others start, as a Receptionist, Louise progressed to a Property Manager Assistant at the beginning of 2015 and soon managed a Western suburbs based portfolio of her own and loved every minute of it. Through all aspects of her work, Louise strives to provide a first-class service, going above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy. Outside of work, Louise loves spending time with her family, including her gorgeous puppy. She also loves watching the Football during footy season.
Emily started her career in Real Estate in 2015 working as a Receptionist in Property Management. She progressed to Assistant Property Manager in 2016 and in 2017 she took over her own portfolio as a Property Manager in the Wheatbelt town of Northam.
Since then, she has been working in Perth as a Property Manager managing a range of Properties from Alkimos to Bibra Lake. Recently, she also gained experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
A positive client relationship is something Emily strives for in order to have a smooth and positive Management experience. She enjoys Property Management as it provides a new challenge each day and is a very rewarding role.
Erin has been working in the customer service and administration industry for the last 3 years, joining Benchmark in early 2018.
She has been enjoying the fast paced, high communication environment that is Benchmark and is working on completing her Certificate IV in Property Management to progress further in the workplace. Erin is dedicated to assisting wherever and whenever she can, always focusing on open communication and customer service. We look forward to watching Erin grow in her career.
